Having joined CFL in 2020 with over 22 years’ experience under his belt, Marty is one of the newest members of the team and has been instrumental in leading the company’s latest enterprise: the Marine Engineering Workshop. As well as his primary responsibilities of providing engineering services to customers and ensuring the effective management of the workshop, Marty will also be working closely with the other CFL team members to develop apprenticeship opportunities and looks forward to pioneering the way for the company.
